Already Registered?
If you've already registered this year and are purchasing additional tickets, do not start a new registration. Log in to your existing registration and select Buy More Tickets. This keeps your tickets seated together and makes attendee management easier.
Group Purchases
Attendee names are not required at purchase. After you select the number of tickets, you will enter information for the group's main contact. Attendee names can be added anytime after purchase. We do not offer a standard group discount.

Credit cards are the preferred payment method. Checks are permitted, but payment must be received within 10 days or tickets will be released. (State agencies have 30 days). Purchase orders are not accepted.
What if I need an invoice?
Choose to pay by check and an invoice will be emailed to you. You may then pay the invoice by either check or credit card.
Seating
Arena seating for Keynotes and Power Talks is assigned and noted on your name badge. Seating is based on the date and time of registration. To guarantee seats together, all tickets must be purchased in a single registration or through Sponsorship.

What’s the best way to buy more tickets if I am already registered?
If you’ve already registered and want to purchase additional tickets, you do not need to start a new registration. Simply log in to your existing registration and select Buy More Tickets. This keeps your tickets seated together and makes attendee management easier.

Seating requests for attendees in separate registrations (up to 10 individuals) may be submitted after purchase using the link provided in your confirmation email. While we make every effort to accommodate seating requests, they are not guaranteed.
How is the program structured?
The day features 60+ speakers and runs from 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The program includes one Keynote session with a lunch intermission, and a variety of workshops, panels, mentor sessions, and miniclasses throughout the day covering career, leadership and wellbeing topics.
What is your cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final (no refunds, no exceptions). Tickets may be transferred to another individual by updating the ticket assignment in your registration account.
Do you have accommodations in place for the hearing impaired?
Yes. The Keynote Session is closed-captioned. The virtual National Conference in March 2027 (included in your ticket) provides closed captioning for all sessions.
What if I need another accommodation?
CFW is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience. If you require an accommodation, please contact us at info@paconferenceforwomen.org at least 30 days prior to the Conference. We will do our best to support your request, although it is not guaranteed if received after October 5, 2026.
