Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register or buy tickets if I attended a 2026 In-Person Conference?
Your ticket already includes access to the virtual National Conference. You do not need to register. Details and login instructions will be provided in early 2027.
What’s the best way to buy more tickets if I am already registered?
If you’ve already registered and want to purchase additional tickets, you do not need to start a new registration. Simply log in to your existing registration and select Buy More Tickets. This makes attendee management easier.
Do I need attendee names at time of purchase when I register a group?
Attendee names are not required at purchase. After you select the number of tickets, you will enter information for the primary registrant (your group’s main contact). Attendee names can be added anytime after purchase.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. We offer a 10-pack for $1,250 (a savings of $250). Need 50 or more tickets? Consider a virtual license that gives everyone with a company email address access to the platform for 30 days. Please contact us at mfant@conferenceforwomen.org to learn more.
What payment options are available?
Credit cards are the preferred payment method. Checks are permitted, but payment must be received within 10 days or tickets will be released. (State agencies have 30 days.) Payments by check will only be accepted until February 1, 2027. Purchase orders are not accepted.
What if I need an invoice?
Choose the Pay by Check/Invoice option when you register, and an invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours. You may then pay the invoice by check or credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final (no refunds, no exceptions). Tickets may be transferred to another individual by updating the ticket assignment in your registration account.
How do I receive my ticket?
Login instructions will be included in your confirmation email. Attendees are required to use the same email used at time of registration.
How is the program structured?
The program features 60+ speakers and experts across keynote sessions, breakout sessions, and programming focused on career growth, leadership, and wellbeing. On March 3, participate in live speaker Q&A, networking, 1:1 career coaching, résumé reviews, and other interactive experiences. After the event, you’ll have 30 days of on-demand access to watch any sessions you missed and revisit your favorites, and earn SHRM and HRCI continuing education credits through select eligible sessions.
What technology platform is used for the virtual Conference?
The National Conference is hosted on MEETYOO, a secure, interactive virtual event platform designed to deliver a fully immersive Conference experience—not a webinar or Zoom meeting.
Do you provide accommodations?
Yes, Conferences for Women is committed to an inclusive and accessible experience. All sessions will be closed captioned.

Can I earn CE credits at the virtual Conference?
Yes. Select sessions will be eligible for HRCI and SHRM continuing education credits through Workology. Eligible sessions will be marked on the agenda once confirmed.
After the conference, attendees will complete a Workology submission form for each eligible session attended. One form must be submitted per session to receive one certificate per session, and certificates will be emailed directly to attendees.
Questions about certificates can be directed to Workology once the conference-specific support process is confirmed.
